We are a three-generation Italian family bringing our love of Italian cuisine to Edmonton in different ways! In 2013, our family introduced our love of pasta to Edmonton with the opening of Cafe Amore Bistro. As we settled into the community, we realized that Edmontonians loved not only pasta but also seafood. By marrying our knowledge of seafood with fresh ingredients, we opened the Black Pearl – where you can enjoy coastal seafood right in the middle of the Canadian prairies.
In the summer of 2017, inspired by our travels to the coast of Italy, New York’s Soho district, and other metropolitan cities, we evolved our pasta brand with the opening of Bottega 104, a place of gathering. We want each of our locations for Italian cuisine to be different from the rest so our latest satellite, Amore Pasta, is the mirror image of all our past endeavours. We know that sometimes life is too busy to comfortably enjoy a sit-down gourmet Italian meal, so we created Amore Pasta to let people take amazing pasta to go! We want to celebrate the love for pasta by letting you choose exactly what you want to eat.
Whether you’re craving penne with spinach or fettuccine with chicken, we’ll bring your wildest pasta dream to life, infused with one of our homemade specialty sauces. With a huge selection of fresh vegetables, imported cheeses and eight different pastas to choose from, you can build your very own signature dish and have it ready to go in minutes.
